Before visiting the Alliance Cabinet & Granite
showroom, it is best to do some homework. Make
a sketch of your kitchen. Bring any pictures,
plans, sketches, measurements and ideas that are
relevant to the project.
You will also want to analyze your needs by asking
yourself how many people are in your household?,
Do you buy food in quantity?, How
much money do you want to invest in you new remodel?.
You should also have a good idea of what types
of appliances, accessories and amount of storage
you want. There are many publications available,
with an unlimited amount of ideas. Check your
local magazine stand or visit our conference room.
One of the most important things your designer
will need in order to give you a preliminary quote
are the measurements of your kitchen.
You can either take the measurements yourself or
your Alliance Cabinet & Granite designer can
come out to your house to take measurements for
you. If you would like to do the measuring yourself
you should measure the kitchen or bathroom from
wall to wall, including measurements of all doors
and windows as well as the ceiling height. Furthermore,
if you are planning on keeping your existing appliances
you will want to measure those as well. If you prefer
to have our designers come out and measure we offer
free measurements for serious customers . With the
information provided in this first meeting, our
staff will work on a preliminary estimate, which
will be presented to you promptly.

The Alliance Cabinet &
Granite Designer |
 |
 |
 |
Alliance Cabinet & Granite designers are trained
experts with many years of experience. Alliance
Cabinet & Granite designers use their training
and expertise and state of the art computer system
to lay out a virtual kitchen. This allows you to
see your new kitchen before a single hammer is swung.
There is no charge for the design; however, the
plans remain the property of ALLIANCE CABINET &
GRANITE until a deposit towards a purchase is made.
Once you accept our preliminary estimate and upon
a non-refundable design retainer fee (usually 10%
of the preliminary estimate, minimum $ 1,000.00),
our staff will complete the design and finalize
the proposal. Once you accept the proposal it is
time to place orders for all your new products.
Cabinets are the cornerstone of your new kitchen
design. After the design and proposal are reviewed
by you with the Designer, a Purchase Order and Contract
are prepared. Upon payment, a complete set of floor
plans, perspective views and elevations will be
presented to you. If our in-house construction team
is not performing the installation, you will need
to give these plans to your installer. They will
need these plans to properly install your new kitchen
cabinets. Once you placed your order, a designer
will verify all your dimensions. This is part of
our cross checking system, which helps insure that
your order arrives correctly, and fits the first
time. It is also your assurance that if there is
a problem with the fit, ALLIANCE CABINET & GRANITE
will stand behind it. Please remember that with
any project, especially one as involved as a kitchen
remodel, communication is the key. Let your ALLIANCE
CABINET & GRANITE designer know all your plans
and intentions. Depending on the location of the
factory and the complexity of the product, the lead-time
for your cabinets and products can vary from 1 to 4 weeks. Once the order is received
at our warehouse, a ALLIANCE CABINET & GRANITE
representative will contact you to set up a pick-up
or delivery time. Most of our cabinetry includes
job-site delivery.

In-House Construction Team |

One of the benefits of doing your kitchen through
our construction company,
is that we have available an in-house construction
company to install your cabinets, as well as to do all
the remodeling associated with your project. Alliance
Construction is fully bonded and insured. Due to the complexity of remodeling
estimates, it is strict company policy that a written
remodeling proposal be prepared only after a final
floor plan is available to the estimator. As per
California Contractors Law the construction
part of the proposal requires a 10% or $ 1,000.00
down payment, whichever is less.
All the construction will be performed by Alliance/NASR. We look forward to seeing you
in our showroom and helping you with your project
in the near future.
An added benefit of coming to Alliance Cabinet &
Granite for your kitchen or bath project is that
you can take your project from concept to completion
all under one roof. Any remodeling will be done by our in-house construction company. Our in-house construction company will provide you with all the services needed to
perform any kitchen, bath or any other remodeling project.
We are fully bonded, carry a 1 million dollars
liability insurance and are licensed by the State
of California Contractor's Board. Alliance
is also a member of the Better Business Bureau.
